Sector I - Falperra Lake



The Falperra lake is situated near the town of Vila Pouca de Aguiar at an altitude of 912 meters from sea level and included in the Alvão / Marão Community Interest Site (Natura 2000 Network).

Sector II - Olo River



At sector II the river Olo it is a granitic mountain river with pristine water. The main features are medium deep pools but mostly pocket water with big boulders in the middle of the river.

Sector III - Vez River (Lower)




At sector III the river Vez it is mostly a slower river passing through agricultural fields with some rapids in between the big pools. The main features are big deep pools, rifles and runs.

At sector IV the river Vez it is a granitic mountain river with pristine water. The main features are medium deep pools but mostly pocket water with big boulders in the middle of the river.

Sector V - Coura River




At sector V the river Coura it is a fast river passing through agricultural fields with rapids and some big pools in between. The water is rich in nutrients and trout grow big.
